Introduction

For more than 35 years in the professional practice of Law I have adviced and accompanied  different companies, people and institutions for their successful performance in Argentina.

I have experience working with Companies related to agriculture, technology, multinational companies, SMEs and entrepreneurs.

In addition, I have always maintained my role as a teacher in different Universities in Argentina and other countries, betting on the new generations and accompanying the exchange that takes place in the classrooms, year after year, for more than 3 decades.

Finally, my role like Public Servant allowed me to collaborate with my country from another perspective, enriching my vision for the business performance of my clients.

From Navarro Floria, Loprete & Asociados we have accompanied different companies for more than 30 years, with special experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) of both local and international companies.

For more than 40 years I have accompanied different companies and investors in their local landing.

Added to that professional experience is my wok in the Public Sector like Public Servant, which facilitated my understanding of both the processes and the uses and customs so that businesses can come to fruition in an environment as particular as that presented by Argentina.

From my experience as an agricultural and livestock producer since the 90s, knowledge that allowed me to understand the business, I have worked with various agricultural clients of different sizes: multinational, national and small companies; bringing the appropriate advice to each one, transferring the applicable experiences, regardless of their turnover, team or geographic location in South America.

In a country that has a world-renowned entrepreneurial culture, I have researched and worked alongside prominent entrepreneurs, providing great value to their companies.

Accompaniment goes beyond the law, due to its fundamental importance when starting and developing the client’s business.

Professional Performance

Since we founded NFLA in 1994 together with my Partner Juan Navarro Floria I have been in charge of the Commercial Law and Business Advice’s Department at Our Law Firm.

In this role, throughout the decades, I have been consolidating a profile of the Firm that emphasizes the search for the best business and economic solution for the client, within the framework of current legislation, with flexibility in the advice, having at the center of our main vision the market in which the Company works.

Public Servant Performance

My time as Public Servant allowed me to give to My Country part of everything I received from it and to acquire experience in management and control in the public sector, which I will always appreciate, and an experience that now enriches my professional performance:

  • Advisor to the Board of Directors of ObSBA (2009-2010)
  • Director General of Resource Administration of the Ministry of Education (CABA) (2011-2012)
  • PAMI General Trustee (INSSJP) (2015-2019)

Academic Performance

I am convinced, and that has been the north in my personal development, that in matters of Business Law, theoretical academic research, far from business practice, advice and litigation, suffers from limitations. For this reason, from my graduation as a Lawyer to the present, I have tried at all times to make these realities and activities compatible.
