2020 forced us to adapt, to review the ways of doing our work, and to continue validating that legal knowledge, together with the flexibility of its actors, allows us to adapt without problems to these new realities.
An example of this reality was the sale of a local company, Juan Debernardi SRL, to two foreign companies. The closing of the operation was not in person and we can say that it could only be executed in this way due to the trust generated by the actors, the technical expertise and the ability to adapt to this new world by all those involved.
